Ironic??? Hip-Hop Haters???

Here is a billboard funded by a Christian church and has been posted all throughout Chicago. It's a billboard demanding readers to "Stop Listening to Trash" with a garbage can labeled with various rappers such as: Fat Joe, Lil' Wayne, and Snoop Dogg to name a few. Due to the recent massive amounts of flack the "hip-hop community" has been receiving, I kind of find this a little funny. Typically, rap critics name drop the more popular monikers of Calvin Broadus and Curtis Jackson, but this billboard specifically calls out the less known rappers (they even go as far as attacking Chicago's own Twista). So, kudos to the biblethumpers on this one, in that they actually did a little research.*benefit of the doubt of course*

Now the ironic thing is that they have devised these billboards through Clear Channel. If you don't know what Clear Channel is, educate yourself (www.clearchannel.com).
